I had a gust of wind take my drone and the app crashed so I couldn’t find it

it will let me connect to my drone perfectly fine but won’t let me see from the camera at all

I have an 1810 drone. I tried to get the app from the user manual (Tercaso Fly) but this is the only one that came up. I can connect to my drones wifi but this app wont control it. App is useless, drones is going in the trash. 
Forced to give it 1 star just to be able to submit review.

It’s useless now it needs an update because it will crash as you are flying… bad!

App glitches and won’t stay connected to the drone itself. It will close app in the middle of the flight and won’t reconnect.

I charged the batteries, can connect to drone with phone and receive an image. Press the take off button and nothing happens.

The app itself is rather good, I just wish it wouldn’t crash every 30 seconds. It renders it unusable.

I created an account. Then, when I tried to log in, in red text under the password field, it read “Please enter the correct format.” I know the password was correct, as it was still in my clipboard from when I created the account, and pasted it into my password manager. In case there was a problem creating account, I tried creating it again, and it said, “The Email Account Is Already Registered!!” At this point, I figured I’d try to reset the password. When I submitted the request, it said, “The System Is Abnormal. Please Contact The Administrator!!” So I sent an email through the app to support, detailing the problems I was having, just as I did here. They didn’t respond. So now I’m stuck with a drone I can’t connect with, making it all but useless. So, in short, the app is garbage and support is useless.
