The app wants a password but won’t let me paste into the password field a password from my password generator. They are very nice, open to change my order that fits my nutritional needs, and perfect for a meal after working out after going to the gym. Prices very reasonable. This app literally interjects and tries to get you to spend more at EVERY juncture. Even when selecting protein and when you check out it seemed impossible to get to a screen to pay. 2.) The app doesn’t allow to do half noodle and half rice… how!!! 3.) the promo code that the restaurant has does not work! I tried twice standing right in the restaurant with an employee there watching me do this and STILL can’t get the promo.. 4.) just don’t download this joint don’t bother… not even worth your time. ### 1/5 — SCANNER on APP doesn’t work *2026-02-17, version 4.4* The food is good, but whenever I get the receipt to earn points, the scannner doesn’t work. Iv been trying for almost a year now. I have to manually enter the bar code numbers to get points. Very annoying! Story of the boy who cried wolf comes to mind so when you actually have a notice/reward you miss out, and I end up going elsewhere because the company doesn’t care that they spam you with phantom notifications. ### 1/5 — Bar Code Scanner Never Works *2026-01-19, version 4.4* I love the restaurant but the app never scans the receipt after purchase. It’s ridiculous at this point. I expect to redeem my points after purchasing. I can’t do that when there is always an error in the app saying it can’t read the code right now and it’ll probably work later. It’s very annoying. It was delicious, the chicken was juicy, the veggies were stir fried to perfection, and the noodles topped it off nicely.
