What I didn’t know was this was the same app, just rebranded, and has the same issues. Followed specific directions and the app itself wouldn’t even work. I would enter my address and it would search and close out. Finally gave up on doing that and just installing. I got 8 channels only. Went to view them and nothing. Did it again same story. I’m taking this back to the store tomorrow spent way too long with zero results. Also the antenna itself is huge! I did not expect it to be this big. Easy instructions and my tv scanned in 25 channels that included ABC CBS NBC and FOX. The channels that transmit in HD look awesome on my Google TV. My experience is truly 5 star on Terk indoor HDTV Antenna. Quick and easy and I’m watching free tv. ### 5/5 — Found loca TV stations *2021-03-14, version 2.2.5* This app worked just fine for me when I used it to look up local TV stations and more or less matched what I was able to ultimately get with my antenna. ### 4/5 — Worked well for me in my hilly terrain in the Appalachian foothills around Pittsburgh. *2023-09-19, version 2.2.5* This app and the TERK amplified antenna I used it with took a few tries in different locations in my house to get all of the stations I wanted. It requires some patience but the result was worth it for me. The app pointed me to the stations accurately a turning the antenna mount 90 degrees and moving it in line of sight of a window, even ten feet away from another location, was key. Major networks are clear and in high definition without lag. The app itself is self explanatory to use and doesn’t have bloat or ads. Digital broadcast is good for local sports and news if you’re willing to take the time and understand the technology and it’s limitations. It’s not exactly line of sight but it’s finicky and the signal doesn’t pass through several layers of wooden exterior and interior walls which is kind of disappointing. If you don’t want to move the antenna sometimes to get different channels, or fool with the setup, you might get frustrated. I am happy not to be paying $70 a month for streaming package to watch local sports that I can get with an antenna that cost me $60 one time. ### 4/5 — They've updated the app *2020-07-17, version 2.2.4* The app is better. You do need to view the help section first as a tutorial but this did actually solve my problem. The app needs work for sure, but it does work. ### 2/5 — ? *2025-01-08, version 2.2.5* I bought the Terk antenna and downloaded the app. There was also a Terk xtend app I downloaded as well. It appears the three lights on the device are lit and working fine. When I tried to open to scan or update my location both apps close abruptly. I don’t know if I am connected or not however I did get 35 over the air channels.
