Switch between Chat, Terminal, and File Browser modes to work exactly the way you want, no more squinting at tiny terminal fonts or struggling with clunky SSH apps. Simply open a chat, type what you need, and let your Buddy handle the rest.

AI-powered brilliance, integrated perfectly.
TermBuddy supports Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI (users need to subscribe separately). Ask your AI assistant to write scripts, debug errors, or explain what's happening on your server, all within the same chat interface. It's like having a senior engineer in your pocket.

Direct connection. No middleman. Fully encrypted.
TermBuddy connects your device straight to your server, with no intermediaries or third-party cloud. In SSH Tunnel mode, all traffic is encrypted via SSH, with the server bound to localhost only. In Direct Connection mode, traffic is secured by TLS with certificate pinning. Your credentials are stored in the system Keychain, and API access is protected with token-based authentication and rate limiting. Your data never goes through anyone else's servers.
