## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Ugly update

*2026-06-07, version 1.4.0*

They brought over the bad design to the mobile app. Tiny font that can’t be made larger. Now you need 2 clicks anytime you need to access the terminal. I wish I could find a replacement app.

### 2/5 — Ausbaufähig

*2026-03-22*

### 2/5 — Nice to have a companion App

*2025-10-13*

But without copy/paste and the missing „=„ on the keyboard just useless

### 3/5 — Where are snippets and copy&paste

*2025-11-25*

Please implement snippets and copy&paste. Thx for your work 👌

### 5/5 — Thoroughly Impressed

*2026-06-18, version 2.3.1*

As the title suggests, I am thoroughly impressed by Termix. I use Termius for work and while this isn’t a perfect 1:1, as a SSH emulator and manager, the features on this are amazing. Proxmox and Tailscale support demonstrate that this was purpose built for those homelab situations.

### 5/5 — Near perfect!

*2026-06-03, version 1.3.2*

By far my favorite terminal services app! It gives me access to the same machines I access on my desktop in a slimmed down, portable fashion. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is the ability to lock the app with facial recognition.

### 5/5 — Remote Access - Check

*2026-05-26, version 1.3.2*

I use this as my primary way to connect to my systems remotely, this paired with Tmux and Tailscale has me switching from computer to laptop to iPad to iPhone without a beat anywhere I go. Wife is shopping, I am on a Claude, OpenCode, Pi Session while I am walking the aisle with the cart. Only thing I miss is a custom toolbar to manage Tmux keys. I get around ok on that but it’s clunky. Web access unless it’s my phone, powerful in using an IPad as a portable terminal that has my laptop in the bag gathering dust. Keep up the great work! This tech is primary in the toolkit!

### 5/5 — Great!

*2026-04-14*

Great simple good, but copy & paste is needed. Snippets would be a Great benefit too

### 5/5 — This is the one you want

*2026-01-10, version 1.2.0*

Almost every other term* app is a money grab at best, but typically an outright scam. Self-host this one yourself, don’t pay other people a monthly fee to access your own hardware. Incredible work for a v1! Can’t wait to see how it progresses. Thank you dev! You should really add a tip function. This is the stuff I love paying for

### 5/5 — Home Lab Gem

*2026-01-05, version 1.2.0*

For the self-hosting inclined, this is fantastic!

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — 不错的ssh软件

*2025-12-27*

终于支持macos了。

### 5/5 — A Must-Have Tool for Devs and Homelabbers

*2025-11-06, version 1.1.0*

I’m always bouncing between servers and VMs for dev and homelab work, and Termix seriously streamlines that whole process. It saves a ton of time and the setup is ridiculously easy.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2025-10-11*

Been looking for a self-hosted replacement for Termius, this hits the spot. Works really well for my use case. Only downside is not being able to change font size in terminals.

### 5/5 — Perfekte App fürs Handy

*2025-10-08*

Für schnell mal nachzuschauen oder Befehle auszuführen perfekt. iPad-Unterstützung wäre noch eine Bereicherung. Wer termix hosted, kommt um die App nicht drum rum.
