Termloo is the shift scheduling app that finally makes workforce planning enjoyable for your team — and gives you, as an admin, your time back. Plan an entire week in under a minute. See in real time who is working, on break, or running late. Approve vacation and overtime requests with a swipe. And close the week as a PDF with one click. All in one app. WHY TERMLOO? • Plan faster — Auto-fill, templates, and “copy previous week” save you hours of manual work. • Look ahead — Demand Forecast estimates staffing needs for each day. The Auto-Scheduler creates suggestions in a sandbox before you commit. • Real-time overview — The Live Attendance Board instantly shows who is on shift, on break, or absent. • Secure clock-ins — Geofencing, selfie check, and anti-spoof plausibility checks help prevent buddy punching. • Requests in one place — Approve vacation, overtime, and time correction requests centrally, including SLAs and escalation. • Numbers that matter — KPI and labor cost dashboards show hours, staffing costs, and utilization by team and location. • Spot risks early — Coverage Risk Alerts and Compliance Monitor warn you about understaffing and policy violations. • Weekly closing in one click — Freeze the schedule, generate a PDF, and keep an audit trail automatically. • Scalable — Multi-location management, permission matrix, and delegated access grow with your business. WHO IS IT FOR? Termloo is built for owners, HR managers, and shift leads in hospitality, retail, healthcare, logistics, and services — anywhere shifts are planned and working hours are tracked.
