Is what it is, I like what I like and I know if I don’t like a thing. I gave this service a shot and the execution was FANTASTIC. The driver was friendly and courteous, picked up in the time frame promised, and sent me tracking info. I didn’t have to do a thing. The app is very user friendly and the team is very responsive. The whole concept delivers fantastic value for the monthly fee. I only wish they did in store returns at places like Target or the mall but I understand most retail locations require a credit card to be present so it’s not an option. I used to spend weekends on dropping off stuff and now I can focus on better things. I was happy moving back to DD since they had their yearly pass via chase. However, I soon realized that it was really difficult to work with different dashers, many of them used to just food delivery. Tern is definitely better. We’ve been tied down at home because of a medical situation and this service has made life so much easier without having to worry about returns. They’re prompt, efficient and friendly. Not to mention, better for the environment. I hope the service continues to be this good. It has been such a great service and time saver. Don’t even think about it just sign up and you’ll be so happy you did. I’ve had to work with Stephanie and customer service before and they both are amazing at helping me fix some of the mistakes I’ve made filling out the return process.
