Impactful, engaging, & important! ### 5/5 — Connecting talent with companies building real climate solutions. *2022-06-13* A global platform that connected talent looking to transition to work towards solving the climate crisis with the companies hiring! This is much needed and can play a key role for those looking to make an impact, but just collect a paycheck. I’m excited for the educational aspect of their offering as well to continuously learn and build my climate knowledge. Unlike a climate-focused slack or discord community the UI is super clean and intuitive and without distractions. Terra.do has also curated and created incredibly high quality and relevant climate content. Super way to get a job in climate and know where I can start working. It asks tons of preferences for jobs, but clearly very few if any ads would fit such complex profiles, so why raise barrier to access? Also zero indication that it’s US centric, saw nothing in the UK for example. ### 2/5 — Cannot Enter App *2025-08-14* I have been unable to open the app after the first use. It gets stuck in the initial loading screen. That said, you’re mobile app onboarding has so much friction I was about to abandon ship! And I really wanted to use it too! It’s really unclear what the payoff will be amongst all those onboarding steps. Love the idea of communities of peers AND experts, learning deep dives and of course, jobs.
