## What is Terrain Ready?

Train for the hunt you actually have.

Steep grades, thin air and a loaded pack break down hunters who trained in a gym for a gym. Terrain Ready builds a training plan around your hunt: the species, the terrain, the pack weight and the date you leave. Every week builds toward opening day.

SET UP YOUR HUNT IN ABOUT A MINUTE
Pick your species and terrain, set your hunt date, then choose your fitness level and how many days a week you can train. Terrain Ready builds a periodized program that works back from your hunt date, moving through base, strength and hunt-specific phases.

KNOW WHAT TO DO TODAY
Today shows your hunt countdown, your readiness score and the workout scheduled for today. Every exercise has sets, reps and rest times, plus a how-to guide with setup, steps, form cues and easier or harder variations.
