Very friendly employees. The app might be the worst designed software I have ever used. Everytime you place an item in your cart it takes you to checkout. You are signed in the entire time but when you sign in you must sign in again. Not sure if reward points are even possible because of this. I also love that when you click anything other than add to cart you are redirected to their website.
