### 4/5 — How about an address search feature

*2021-11-04, version 1.1.4*

Hi, Do you have an address search feature? It would be great if you did. Thanks,

### 4/5 — Good tool. Additional features needed.

*2021-10-06, version 1.1.4*

Could use a check mark on contact list to indicate house was worked or possibly a flag to indicate worked home or not at home.

### 4/5 — Great App!

*2019-09-07, version 1.0.03*

I see you’re taking suggestions...would be great to be able to go satellite view through the google map on the app. Of course, really reaching now (lol), but, the ability to mark up the map as we work the territories? Not sure it can be done but, Jehovah’s work will get done!!

### 4/5 — Possible features?

*2019-09-05, version 1.0.03*

Hi my brother! Thank you so much for using your skills to help the preaching work operate much smoother for many congregations! I have a question about possible future capabilities of this app. (I know nothing about programming, it must be a lot of work! So I’m not saying I expect these things, just recommendations)
Would love these capabilities:
-storing multiple territories
-
-share a map image along with the DNCs to publishers who don’t have qr capabilities
-ability for overseer of a congregations territory assignment to to sign in and add DNCs to territories and check in or check out territories when they are signed out to the friends, rather than having to remember to do these things on the website at a later time.

Thank you again brother for all your hard work and what you’ve done so far! May Jehovah continue to bless your hard work to advance the preaching.

### 4/5 — Help?

*2019-09-01, version 1.0.03*

Dear Brother,
is there a help button somewhere that will provide instructions or examples to demonstrate the many functions of the app. I am a sister who can see how this app could be used in our particular part of the world field to greater advantage than the paper system we currently have. A friend from the Dallas area told me about this innovative approach and i wanted so much for our congregation to have. Several of the elders have been approached with the idea. I am so curious if you can share. Thank you!

### 3/5 — Good but needs some updates

*2019-07-29, version 1.0.03*

The app is fine but would be a great app if there was a share feature and also the ability to toggle on and off the address pins on the map itself.

If the map contains each address then it can be very cluttered with pins even when the map is zoomed up. The addresses are still shown at the bottom in a list so the pins in the map would be better served as optional anyway.

### 4/5 — Great Idea

*2019-06-30, version 1.0.03*

I love the idea of this app, has saved me from loosing my territory cards. One thing is that you can only have one territory kept at a time. Being a pioneer it would be nice to have logged in several territories. Also I noticed when I scanned the one territory, a few days later it went away, and I didn’t have the copy of territory with me. Other than that, it’s a great idea and a really neat thing to share with others

### 3/5 — Good start

*2019-04-07, version 1.0.03*

Hello Brother,

This app so far is great. The only suggestion I have is to add the capability to save more than one territory. As a regular pioneer I often have 2 territories checked out at a time. The app looks and works great so far but if we had the option to remember more than one territory, that would be great! Thanks!

### 4/5 — Good start. Thank you

*2019-03-16, version 1.0.03*

I enjoy your simple means to use. Thank you for your hard work!
It would be helpful if we could switch to hybrid view—road/satellite.
Thank you.

### 4/5 — So far so good

*2019-03-14, version 1.0.03*

I like what you have started and I noticed in some of responses that this is just the beginning. For those of us that have vast rural territories with little to no cell signal in some of it would it be possible to be able to have all the features of the scanned territory available offline using this app? Directions to the territory as it is in the browser would be great here to it really comes in handy for our far away rurals that have no hiways running into them. I think it would also be great to have the road labels shown. At least for us anyway. Some of the boundaries are marked with road labels. I mention these things because I’m trying to ween our congregation off the paper maps and get to 100% electronic or close to it.

Great job so far! I’m really enjoying the app and I see great things coming out of it. Appreciate your efforts and hard work as Mt 24:14 is being fulfilled.

### 3/5 — No map

*2019-03-11, version 1.0*

Nothing comes up when I scan the qr code

### 1/5 — Seems to be ‘Out of Order’

*2022-09-24, version 1.1.4*

When launched a message appears that says they are working on it and it may take a few days. It’s been about 10 days now and we also get no response from their email. Not sure what’s going on.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work!

*2021-08-24, version 1.1.4*

Seems like a good idea. I help my parents out with their territory all the time and this would help me tremendously but it doesn’t work. It just keeps says fetching territory. ☹️

### 1/5 — Map doesn't work

*2019-03-12, version 1.0*

When I scan the code, the map card doesn't come up. I tried on my iPhone and iPad both on iOS 12.

### 2/5 — not working

*2022-09-29, version 1.1.4*

why has this be down so long

### 2/5 — App stop working

*2022-09-14, version 1.1.4*

For some reason this app stopped working on my iPhone and tablet as of September 2022. Did I miss an update.

### 2/5 — Other options

*2021-11-18, version 1.1.4*

I am new in the Tennessee area, and all I could find is the outline of the territory. There are no addresses or telephone numbers on the Territory which is very difficult to try and look up every single one when I cannot even access the maps the way they are. If you can adjust this this would be a great asset for letter writing and phone calling. Thank you ever so much for your efforts. Agape

### 2/5 — Stopped working??

*2021-11-14, version 1.1.4*

At first I was thrilled how easy it was to use. I could zoom in on the territory and house numbers would appear, which helped get me started. But it stopped working, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and tried to use it again to read the territory QR code and it does nothing. Not sure what the deal is.

### 2/5 — scanner crashes

*2019-08-26, version 1.0.03*

love the territory app idea, would love to use it but every time i try to scan the QR the app completely crashes

### 2/5 — Keep it up!

*2019-03-15, version 1.0.03*

Excellent work, it’s shaping up to be very useful. It is very nice to be able to click the icon of a contact on the map and the list scrolls to and highlights the contact, very handy.
A couple of features others have pointed out and I agree with: Login capability to see a list of available/checked-out territories, also, ability to store a scanned territory so I can flip between two territories without having to rescan. Also the ability to “share” a map with someone without them having to scan the code.

If users could suggest new contacts in the field (101 West Street is a DNC) or something similar, would be fantastic! (especially if it offered a form-style information entry, prompting the publisher to be specific as possible.) That may be best done simply as an email or text to a user-preset email address or phone number, the email/phone of the territory servant or his assistant. “Map corrections” suggestions like “Jones Road is a dead-end” could also be handled similarly, just as a text or email.
Another feature that would be nice, but I imagine may be challenging, Different-colored or -shaped map icons for DNC-EldersOnly versus regular house count icons.
Thanks a bunch!

### 3/5 — Room for improvement

*2020-07-14, version 1.0.03*

This app is good. To make it a little better, is there a way you could enable the user to print out the list of addresses? I feel, for myself anyway, that that would be extremely helpful.

Thanks!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good app easy to use

*2022-08-23, version 1.1.4*

Noice app

### 5/5 — Unable to use it

*2021-04-14, version 1.1.4*

Hello having trouble would you let me know what I am doing wrong? Since the new update I have not been able to use it, when I scanned the QR code it keeps saying “Fetching territory” and it stays there never actually going to the territory scanned. What am I doing wrong, I have deleted the app and added several times and it has the same message. Thank you in advance for answering my question..

### 5/5 — Loving it

*2019-11-19, version 1.0.03*

I love this app but, unless I just don’t know how to do it, I can only retain one territory at a time. Can’t store them. It would be nice as sometimes we have several territories at once

### 5/5 — Love this app and it makes having territory so easy

*2019-11-03, version 1.0.03*

This app makes having territory so convenient and easy and you never have to worry you left it at home. The only thing I’d like the availability of meaning able to add notes.

### 5/5 — Great start!!

*2019-09-10, version 1.0.03*

Love this app for territories. One thought...as a pioneer I’d like to have multiple territories available to go back and forth during a day without carrying the actual territory. Is that possible?

### 5/5 — Works awesome

*2019-08-07, version 1.0.03*

Saves so much time!

### 5/5 — Works as intended

*2019-03-13, version 1.0.03*

Perfect for publishers wanting to know where an individual territory is. Just scan the code and you can move around google maps with the map card boundaries overlaid.

Look forward to future app developments. Off to a great start!

### 5/5 — Future Development of App

*2019-03-10, version 1.0*

I really like this software and many congregations use it. It would be nice if the helpers and administrators could download this app and sign in and see all the territories for our congregation. iPhones already have a built in QR scanner in the camera so there will be no need to use this app for this purpose. However, if we are able to see our congregation info, this will be awesome instead of having to use a web browser all the time. Just a friendly suggestion.

### 5/5 — Works now

*2019-03-10, version 1.0*

This app was not working earlier today but works now. I am able to tap on “QR Scanner” to scan my QR code that is on my territory map and then it will show my map and territory #, locality, and map description when I tap on “Map Card”. The Map Card interactive map is very user friendly! Thanks for your hard work in creating the Territory Assistant Program and this app!

### 4/5 — Help

*2022-09-19, version 1.1.4*

I like territory assistant but don’t seem to be working. Just keeps searching for territory😕
