Most publishers request paper over trying to use this app. Editing anything in the UI is buggy at best and returns 500 errors constantly. There is an annoying bug where you don’t see map preview in the territory list. Some maps you see some you don’t. Only when you open a certain territory card you see actually a map and even that it is not always like that. Please fix this or is it the problem on my side… ### 1/5 — Not ready for prime time *2024-02-01* I am an admin and have tested the functionality using GDPR and non GDPR settings and reported the results. I have read the instructions multiple times with same result. Please test the app fully. It is NOT ready for prime time! When I am NOT using the GDPR settings (box unchecked), none of my settings could be saved on my local device: iPhone 15 Pro Max. And I could not clear the map cache after returning the map. When I turn ON the GDPR settings (box checked), the app is basically a convenient way login, request and return maps. That's it! I love using the web platform. It has been a blessing, especially during COVID-19. We have been able to complete our entire territories about one a year. Now that we have returned to the field, I jumped on the idea of using the app functions, as indicated. However, they do not work for me at this time. Perhaps in the future after the bugs have been worked out I will try again. Not now. To have a boundary that's in the middle of a road or community makes it confusing and easy to work someone else's territory. What a difference it makes to have the information written down right in front of me. (Cell service in Vermont can be “unreliable” at times and we travel long distances for our territory sometimes just to “miss out” on calls because of lack of service.
