## What is Territory Track?

Territory Track is the Sales Operating System built for independent manufacturer reps and 1099 sales pros who sell into boutiques, specialty retailers, and independent stores. One system to find accounts, work the pipeline, and run the whole business from the field.

REQUIRES A TERRITORY TRACK ACCOUNT. This app is the mobile companion to Territory Track and is designed for people who already use the service. New to Territory Track? You can start with a free trial at territorytrack.com, then sign in here, and the app syncs with the same account you use on the web.

Stop driving around hoping to spot new prospects. Stop juggling spreadsheets, sticky notes, and a contacts app that doesn't know what you sell. Territory Track turns your phone into a complete sales operating system: find real businesses in any zip code, see who fits what you carry, work the pipeline, and close more deals.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Find prospects anywhere. Search any city or zip code and instantly see real boutiques and independent stores in that area, with addresses, phone numbers, and websites.

• Let AI score every lead. Each prospect gets a 1 to 100 fit score based on their website, reviews, social presence, and the brands you carry, so you visit the best ones first.

• Plan smart routes. Pick the leads you want to visit; we'll optimize the driving order, set your start and return addresses, and hand off to Apple Maps for turn-by-turn directions.

• Track every conversation. Log calls, notes, contacts, orders, and competitor brands per account. Never forget what was discussed three months ago.

• Katie, your AI co-pilot. Say it like you'd say it to a person: "Lunch was $18 at Chick-fil-A." "Which leads are stale?" "Plan a route of my SC clients." Katie logs it, finds it, or does it, and quick lookups and commands don't use any credits.

• Hands-free in the car. Flip on drive mode and Katie talks back. She reads her answers aloud and listens for your next one. Pull up at a store and she offers the rundown before you walk in.

• Voice debrief after every visit. Talk through the call, and AI extracts the next steps, follow-up date, and stage change, then writes them to the right place automatically.

• Invoice from the field. Raise a commission invoice right on your phone after the order, and it lands on the same books you see on the web.

• Time and mileage tracked. Start a timer, drive routes, log expenses. Everything you need for 1099 quarterly taxes.

• Trade show ready. Capture booth leads, scan business cards, build draft orders on the spot.

• Send email sequences. Reach out, follow up, and stay top of mind without copy-pasting.

BUILT FOR HOW REPS ACTUALLY WORK

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.1 — 2026-08-27

Unsaved trips wait for you on the dashboard.

The review drawer no longer jumps in front of you when you open the app. Finish a drive and the dashboard says how many trips are unsaved; tap it and Trip history lists them above your saved trips, newest work first. Open the one you want, set business or personal, and save it. Discard removes the trip you were looking at, not whatever happened to be first in line.

Trip history stays signed in.

If your session had expired, Trip history showed a token error and sat there. Now the app quietly returns you to the sign-in screen instead, and a brief drop in signal no longer signs you out at all.

Line sheets, on your phone.

See the line sheets you have built, with their status and item counts, and start a new one from the field. Find them under More.

Thanks for using Territory Track. Got an idea or hit a snag? Tap More, then "Report a problem or idea." We read every one.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-25

Every trip you take is kept now.

The trip tracker used to hold only one finished drive at a time — end a second trip before reviewing the first and the first was gone. Now every trip you finish waits its turn: drive three stops with Smart Drive on, open the app, and review and save each one. Unreviewed trips also survive the app being closed, so nothing you drove is lost.

Nearby starts with YOUR book.

Open Nearby and the first thing you see is your own accounts around you — free, instantly — with any customer due to reorder pulled to the top and badged. Scanning for new prospects is now a button you press, with the cost printed right above it, instead of something the screen spent for you on open.

The prospect scan ranks by who is worth the stop, not just who is closest. A well-reviewed store a block further outranks an empty storefront next door, and places you already track step aside for genuinely new doors. Not interested in one? Dismiss it and it never comes back. Driving a route? Flip on "Scan along my route" and Nearby looks around your remaining stops instead of where you are parked.

And Katie knows what is around you now. Ask her "what is worth stopping at near me?" from the truck and she answers from where you are standing — your due-to-reorder customer a block away first.

### 1.2.5 — 2026-08-16

Write orders with no signal.

A stockroom with no bars used to cost you the order. Now the order writer keeps working offline: build the order, edit it, submit it, and the app holds it on your phone and sends it the moment you have signal again. Anything still waiting says so in your orders list, and the product catalog and the vendor's minimum are there offline too, so you are not writing blind.

See the vendor's minimum while you are still writing.

The order screen now shows the minimum in force for that vendor and that account — opening or reorder — and counts up as you add lines. You find out you are short while the buyer is still in front of you, instead of after the order comes back refused.

Two smaller ones: an order written on your phone now lands in the right brand, so it counts toward that brand's numbers. And when a vendor's terms flag something on an order you just placed — a state they have not granted you, a note attached to their minimum — the app tells you instead of going quiet.

See what Katie remembers about you — and make her forget it.

Katie picks up details as you work, so she can answer without being told the same thing twice. Now you can read that back. Tap More, then "What Katie knows about you," and you get the plain list. Swipe any line and tap Forget to remove it for good. If she has not learned anything yet, the screen says so rather than showing you an empty box.

One change to credits: a scan that comes back blank now costs credits, where before it was refunded. The scan still runs and still costs us, whether or not the photo turns out readable. Scans that fail outright, where nothing runs at all, are still free.

Thanks for using Territory Track. Got an idea or hit a snag? Tap More, then "Report a problem or idea." We read every one.

### 1.2.3 — 2026-08-08

When you run out of AI credits, the app now says so.

Before, asking Katie something after your credits ran out showed "HTTP 403", or worse, quietly answered from an older cached reply so it just looked like she had gone vague. Now you get a plain message telling you how many credits the action costs and how many you have left, and your credit count updates right away.

Scanning a receipt you cannot afford to scan tells you that, instead of blaming the photo.

Also in this release: if a scan fails or comes back blank, you get your credits back. A blurry storefront or a faded receipt no longer costs you anything.

Thanks for using Territory Track. Got an idea or hit a snag? Tap More, then "Report a problem or idea." We read every one.

### 1.2.2 — 2026-08-05

Two-step verification now works on this app.

If you had turned two-step on for your account, signing in here failed with an unhelpful error and there was no way past it. Now the app asks for your six-digit code, on both password and Google sign-in, and takes your recovery codes too.

Tapping an order notification opens that order, instead of just bringing the app to the front.

Your dashboard layout, quick actions and tab bar now follow your account. Arrange them on your iPad and your phone matches, everywhere you sign in.

Sign-in errors now tell you what actually went wrong.

Thanks for using Territory Track. Got an idea or hit a snag? Tap More, then "Report a problem or idea." We read every one.
