Make it smaller please. ### 3/5 — Knock *2026-08-23* This app has great features for door knockers, and the access to the information from the homeowners and more. However, the updates that they have done lately is making it not work on my iPhone and my iPad. I hope they fix this. The updates are supposed to make it better. Please fix the note field, before it was so easy to edit a note. Now you have to scroll and it’s hard to get to where you wanna do a change. Can you make it like it was before you just go on the note and click whatever you want to make a change, now it’s hard to scroll to the section I want to edit. ### 3/5 — App crashes and shows ghost icons *2026-08-18* Using the app I have to manually change settings rather than just displaying my own, also it shows ghost icons of NQ or NH but if I scroll down it doesn’t show who and when it was done. The app should also remember the user setting preferences, it resets to default when it crashes, and also does the same when you switch to another app. ### 3/5 — Knock *2026-08-12* This app has great features for door knockers, and the access to the information from the homeowners and more. Bring it back. I’m not sure where the appointments go when I use the CB icon. Makes it so there’s no point to use it if jt doesn’t go into my calander. Revised- the scheduling is back thank you but now it’s inconsistent at times it doesn’t record the address. Same with knocking and pitches. It’s simply inconsistent. If we have to use this would be nice if it fully functioned correctly ### 5/5 — Fire! *2025-04-15* Very helpful sales tool! ### 2/5 — Basic features, okay design. *2025-02-12* This app is very basic in functionality and the only highlight features are the ability to add custom dispositions and the up to date property owner info is nice, everything else is sub par a very slight improvement to Neo (iykyk) The following are my criticisms of this app: - dispositions are only visible when zoomed in a small radius. The filter dispositions is useless unless your zoomed in. - no activity log. This makes marking dispositions and logging pitches only relevant if you’re nearby. It should be easy to go back and see who you pitched a week or two ago. - route planning or curated target lists, I long for the day you could actually plan your daily / weekly targets or curate a list of targets and use dispositions in a effective way. - The calendar integration API is terrible and only randomly syncs. ### 5/5 — Best knocking app there is *2024-12-13* most valuable door knocking app there is. took my performance to the next level ### 4/5 — Call back feature *2024-10-03* Thank you so much for this wonderful app. I do have one request if you can please revert back to allowing the callback feature to save on your Apple calendar so that way it allows us D2D reps to know when we have to go back to a specific home and it blocked off that time slot on our calendar. Pretty much every time I click something it freezes, which is not just frustrating but also cost me a ton of time when I’m out Door knocking or trying to plan and I constantly have to stand there and wait for the app to unfreeze ### 1/5 — FIX HOW HOT THE APP MAKE PHONE *2026-08-13* i’ve been using Terros for two years now the recent update when you switched from Terros to Terros next is when it started destroying my phone this app never gave me an issue ever in the past when it came to slowing my phone down and making it overheat now I open the app for five minutes in my phone is exploding and the app takes 5 to 10 minutes to change‘s clicking on houses you guys just really need to fix the fact that it doesn’t use as much power as it needs to be using take away some of these features that no one uses that’s using up data to make my phone hotter, please ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2026-08-12* every time they do an update they managed to screw it up! glitchy super glitchy app ### 1/5 — Laggy trash *2026-07-23* The app is so clunky and laggy give me back the old one. The cross in the middle caused me to lag every time i move the screen, no automatic pointer when I turn so I have to click my phone every time i wanna see where I'm facing. PLEASE add a feature that allows us to see what homes are inhabited by sex offenders and violent criminals. Every rep (especially solo female reps) should have this level of security and should avoid these homes.
