## What is Tertiary Tapcard?

Tapcard turns the paper business cards you collect into shareable digital cards — and gives you one of your own.

Point your camera at a business card. Tapcard captures and straightens it with VisionKit, reads every line on-device with Vision OCR, and sorts the text into name, title, company, email, phone, website, address and social links. Review and tweak the fields, tap once, and Tapcard sets up your account and publishes a polished digital business card with its own public link and QR code.

• Your digital card now leads the Cards tab — photo, name, job title and contact details at a glance, instead of the setup prompt you have already completed.
• Scanning your QR code opens WhatsApp straight into a chat, so new contacts can save your number in one step. Anyone without WhatsApp still lands on your full card.
• Add your LinkedIn profile photo by pasting an image link, and your LinkedIn profile now travels with your shared contact.

1.3 is a big one — Tapcard is now fully mobile-first:
- Fresh light design matching the Tapcard web palette, with 20 card themes
- Live WYSIWYG editing: type directly on your card and watch it update
- Single-shot card scanner with live edge detection and retake
- Smarter scan parsing (Apple Intelligence on supported devices)
- Add a profile photo and banner from your photo library
- Short bio, structured address (opens in Apple/Google Maps), Facebook & Instagram
