Following some customer transaction changes, we have removed the chat functionality from our TerveysHelppi application. The new version keeps customers informed about the validity of their accident and medical expenses insurance covers. Customers can authenticate themselves as a LocalTapiola customer at medical institutions using the insurance card included in the application. In the application customers are offered information about services related to health insurance.
