Had several issues with Tesco and complained. Was advised someone would get in touch. No one ever did. Telephones again, same story again. Twelve months later telephoned and repeated myself again. Was advised they would look into this and someone would call me. They never ever did. I would only ever use Tesco mobile, banking, etc if I really had to. Never experienced anything like this in all my life!

Terrible. I blocked the card to prevent usage but to unblock it the app takes you to tescos website which just says an error has occurred. If I try to log in using the browser it says they will send a code which never arrives. Just takes you round in circles meaning the card cannot be used because the app/website does not work. Everything should be inside the app itself.

I’ve been trying to open this app from the App Store but it say I have no accounts with Tesco so unable too open? I have a Tesco c.card which I’m unable to access through app and having to use safari to log into from. I have already mentioned this nearly two months ago. Still same issue

Unable to log into the app as the text message to send a confirmation code does not work I cannot log into my bank account or motor insurance I have reported but they are not interested

Since our cards were replaced due to fraud we no longer receive any notifications for new transactions and authentication requests. This is a key feature of mobile apps and is how we found the fraud. Will be finding another card issuer.

I am unable to now use the Tesco App to access my account as it will not work without phone being at IOS 16 or higher. My older phone will not update to this version. Do I now have to go out and get a new phone just to get app to work? Developers need to realise that not everyone has (or wants!) the latest phone model and they should make contingencies in their updates for older models to allow older units to still function.

I’ve reset everything including the value to be notified over but to no avail.
