I’ve reset everything including the value to be notified over but to no avail. Was advised someone would get in touch. No one ever did. Telephones again, same story again. Twelve months later telephoned and repeated myself again. Was advised they would look into this and someone would call me. They never ever did. I would only ever use Tesco mobile, banking, etc if I really had to. Never experienced anything like this in all my life! ### 1/5 — App Stopping Card Use *2026-06-09, version 4.62.0* Terrible. I blocked the card to prevent usage but to unblock it the app takes you to tescos website which just says an error has occurred. If I try to log in using the browser it says they will send a code which never arrives. Just takes you round in circles meaning the card cannot be used because the app/website does not work. I have a Tesco c.card which I’m unable to access through app and having to use safari to log into from. I have already mentioned this nearly two months ago. This is a key feature of mobile apps and is how we found the fraud. My older phone will not update to this version. Do I now have to go out and get a new phone just to get app to work?
