Based on my test on iPhone13, the video frame rate can get 20-30. ### 1/5 — Laggy - Can barely watch *2023-12-25, version 1.1.4* It’s super laggy, my phone is an iPhone 15+ streaming on LTE+. The connection is super laggy and unbearable. Not worth it ### 1/5 — VPN *2023-12-21* Allowing access to change VPN. Yea no thanks. They can see everything on your phone if you do that. **Developer response:** A public IP address is necessary for Tesla to access your phone. If you worry about data safety, this app supports connect to your own WireGuard VPN server. Really happy with the functionality, and the developer is a communicator and wants to help if you run into an issue or have a request. ### 5/5 — Working on my CT *2024-10-11* Initially I had trouble with the app lagging like crazy on my 16 pro max to cybertruck, emailed the dev and got quick response, tried some stuff didn’t help much, finally figured out to reset MCU of CT by pressing and holding both scrolling wheels at the same until MCU restarts, ever since no lag, smooth frames and amazing quality. Anyone having lag issue, try the above method. It should resolve the problem. I do wish that we could turn off the screen while this app being on but then it would be a big privacy issue. When reversing it will disconnect. Using 15 PMX on iOS 18 at 5G speed. I decided to pay the £5 for the pro and unfortunately with the same phone and Tesla, when attempting to use the website feature/phone video feature the app does not work.
