Tessera PMOS is the first app built around PMOS — the condition formerly known as PCOS, officially renamed in May 2026 to better reflect what it actually is: a multi-system endocrine and metabolic condition that affects 170 million women worldwide.

PRIVACY FIRST
Your photos never leave your device unencrypted. Plate scans are sent transiently to our AI provider, never stored, never used for training. Cycle and reproductive data is encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties under any circumstance.

ABOUT THE PMOS NAME CHANGE
In May 2026, a global consensus of 56 medical organizations — including The Lancet, the Endocrine Society, and Monash University — officially renamed PCOS to PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome). The new name finally reflects what the condition truly is. Tessera uses PMOS. Both terms will be in use for a 3-year transition period.
