## What is Tessera (Teen)?

Tessera helps you figure out where you're headed by talking to you, not by testing you.
Short chats, about five minutes, about your actual life. No exams, no right answers, nothing to study for.

HOW IT WORKS
Twelve pieces, four at a time, in three steps:
1. First Read. Four pieces, and you'll know what pulls you in and how you tend to work.
2. Personal Insights. Four more, and that early read becomes a full picture of your interests and your personality.
3. Whole Self + Career Path. The last four put the two together and turn them into real career directions.
Most people get there in about three weeks.

IT ONLY WORKS IF YOU SHOW UP
Tessera isn't a test you take once. It builds a picture of you out of a lot of small conversations, and a picture built from three chats isn't worth much.

The people who get something real out of this are the ones who come back: a few minutes, most days, for about three weeks. That's the whole ask. If you stop halfway, you get a half answer. Better to know that now than at the end.

WHAT YOU GET
Your First Read and Personal Insights are free. The final career match, where your interests and personality are put together into specific directions, is part of a subscription.

Tessera never tells you what to do. It describes what it sees, and it shows you what you said that led there.

Instead of an open-ended board, your journey is twelve pieces in three steps: First Read, Personal Insights, and Whole Self + Career Path. Four pieces each, about five minutes a day, roughly three weeks end to end.
You can see all three steps from day one, including the ones still locked, so you always know how much is left and what finishing each one gets you.
