Great UI for drive, location, and vehicle history, and for giving you access to the data rich information the car captures often without owners knowing or having a UI to access it. 

One issue has been the charging data has been unreliable across both of our Teslas. Tessie consistently reports 100% charging efficiency, including on our home Level 2 charger, while its recorded energy doesn’t match the vehicle, our metered charger, or other charging-session data. The discrepancy also seems to increase with larger charges.

I followed the troubleshooting guidance without resolving it. Even if some limitations originate with Tesla’s data, they should be clearly disclosed when presenting these figures.

The discrepancies also make me hesitant to treat Tessie’s battery-health estimate as more than a general trend. When battery condition can have significant financial implications, I’d want stronger confidence in the underlying measurements before relying on a precise percentage.

Excellent for general tracking, but I wouldn’t currently rely on it for accurate charging analysis or battery-health assessment. It’s just not quite as accurate as I personally want from the app.

I just wanted to give a heads-up since the last update. I am now receiving multiple false movement alerts from Sentry detection, with alerts every minute while my car is parked in my garage, and there’s no reason for these alerts.

…leider führte die App seit dem letzten Tesla Update dazu, dass mein Fahrzeug stüdlich aus dem Tiefschlaf aufwachte. Nur ein löschen der kompletten Verbindung zu Tessie brachte Abhilfe. Bei dem Versuch des troubleshooting hatte ich Kontakt zu dem Support. Er antwortete schnell aber es stellte sich heraus, dass das Team uneingeschränkten Zugriff auf meine Daten hatte und diese scheinbar unverschlüsselt zugänglich sind. Das Versprechen „deine Daten gehören zu 100% dir“ ist leider nicht wahr. Überlegt euch gut, ob ihr eure Daten wie Standorte etc. komplett mit fremden teilen möchtet. Für mich kommt das nicht in Frage und die App wird nicht mehr genutzt.

I came across this app accidentally. I’ve been exploring it for the last month. Decided to buy a lifetime subscription because it has many things that will be helpful to me. But the most compelling thing was the support I got when I asked a question. Nowadays, Support is a joke. But in this case, the answers were fast and crisp, and to the point. That gave me even more confidence in the app. Highly recommended.

I first started using Tessie when I bought my model Y in March 2025 and it was really nice to be able to track what the cost of everything would be. I ended up selling my model Y in March 2026 and I purchased a older 2015 model S 85D and the only drawback is of course because of the older car it doesn’t give you all the bells and whistles at least that’s from what I can tell so instead of paying 12.99 a month I only pay 6.99 a month because all the features aren’t available.

The app itself is amazing. Can’t say enough about the features especially the battery health was very helpful to me. But the review and five stars are for the support, had a small issue that was dealt with quickly and professionally. I can’t thank Kiel enough for all the help would recommend this app to everyone with a Tesla.

When selecting a subscription it states there is a 14-day trail. You still get charged instantly and even after canceling the subscription after one day there won’t be a refund.
Also there was no visible way to pay for the subscription through Apple. I was always redirected to a third party site.

I had subscribe to the yearly plan and wanted to convert to the lifetime plan after my renewal period happened. I use the Health feature on the website and cut clear direction on how to handle the upgrade. Email response responses were nearly real time. Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time and it’s a great app that does what I need.

The app is not cheap, but a lot of that is due to Tesla’s API costs. That said, the app is well designed and gives you detailed information about our Tesla’s charging, driving… you name it. The Watch App is also excellent.
