## What is Test FUS?

The FUS test is designed to allow teachers, coaches, and parents to assess individuals' proficiency in fundamental motor skills through six distinct motor (sports) tasks: hurdling, jumping rope, performing a forward roll, bouncing a ball, throwing and catching, and kicking and stopping a ball.
