I bought premium as I was trying to get the best chance at getting an earlier test because mine is in September and I need to have passed earlier ready for uni commute. After not receiving any notifications for earlier tests, I checked my inbox to find that a few tests had become available and I hadn’t been notified for any of them. I triple checked that all of my notification settings were correct both in my settings and on the app, which they were. I have also been receiving emails telling me to go premium, even though I had already bought it. Therefore I can gather with this that I bought premium and wasn’t given it. I contacted them through the app nearly 3 weeks ago and received no response, and contacted them nearly 2 weeks ago again and have still not received a response. I am incredibly disappointed and do not recommend this app whatsoever. Spent £25 for premium and never received it, and I can only assume that I won’t be getting this money back. Rip off. ### 1/5 — Do not recommend!! *2026-05-18, version 2.5.7* Downloaded on 11/5 and had to pay a £7.49 fee for the premium service, basically just so you could access the dates for cancellations and then it automatically puts you under a weekly subscription. I emailed them the same day to cancel any further payments going out as I did not want a subscription with them when I didn’t receive any service from them. I had an automated email to say they would respond within 24 hours over Monday to Friday (given I emailed on the Monday, I expected a response by now) I had no response, and they have taken an additional amount from my bank today 18/5! So I have emailed them again through their app and received the same automated response! I am now having to go through my bank for a chargeback because they’re so incapable of responding and admitting fault!! STAY WELL CLEAR OF TEST HUNTER AND TESTCANCELLATIONS.CO.UK. It says it’s a £7.50 a week subscription but you can’t cancel the subscription. I emailed to try and cancel it and no one replied and I was still charged the next week. Instructor said use Testi, which I’ve now done and that works as it should. The app cannot verify the exam details, so it never can go into booking schedule page. Email sent but no reply - already. wait 24 hours for their reply.
