You can log in and see everything except the dashboard or your results. I’ve tried opening it in the app on the website and on the computer and it just circles and circles saying loading or the pages are blank. I got it open once or twice in the past but not recently. Once you click away it never comes back. I Hope someone can fix this issue soon because I have done multiple tests and would like to compare my results and see the newest test completed. I’ve have been trying to open it for over a week and it’s the same issue. Logistic is messed up *2022-10-11, version 1.8* I have a gut issue and after watching couple of YT videos i ordered my kit from ombre. First one never came and after multiple conversation never received a new one. I still went and ordered my second pack, it came without the liquid for sample collection. This time they aggreed to send me the new one but even the new kit was faulty. Anyways i went ahead and literally sent my solid sample inside tube(yeah because received no liquid inside it) and then never was able to register my kit to even see what happened next.
