For the people cannot find the emails that come from tester buddy do a search for Reward tremendous rewards because i thought it was all a scam as well but I found my email from them with my link to my rewards and I claimed 2 of them and I received both $50. I need help on the following topic: So I did the purchase cash back challenge and the challenges disappeared when I made a few purchases this is very depressing ultimately knowing everything was ok after I made the first cash back purchase. Now? There’s nothing showing cash back challenges. Did I just burn money on a game? Merge Hotel is the game I made the purchase(s) in. Once I’ve done that every other cash back challenge for several games also disappeared. I’ve been grinding this app and games for a long time and it felt depressing as I went along because it was too good to be true. But it resulted in me having nothing in the end. It really hurts because I spent a lot of my time grinding the app making cash back purchases, testing games etc etc. I even invited some people to try out the app also. Hurts my heart I try restarting the app and nothing is there. Please help me please. I’m so depressed from this please help the best way possible. Very misleading info inside app! Puts me off using Tester Buddy 😢 Still the same issues with being at level 45 in one game for example but not even getting rewarded for installing the app 😡 Two weeks later and STILL not updated despite sending screenshots to Tester Buddy…. Still AWFUL 4 weeks after writing this review originally. Been riddled out of points constantly because, despite sending screenshots of progress to customer service repeatedly, Tester Buddy ignore them. Fraud fraud fraud. Four weeks later and guess what? Still NO REPLY to emails or addition of the points I’ve not been credited. Scam scam scam. Avoid like the plague! Update - have emailed TWELVE times with proof of progress. No reply to any emails and no points update. GO ELSEWHERE. The variety is really good and you don’t get bored. Try it. It’s not only fun but you can earn bits of money too. Changing my review because there is a problem in that they do not update the games as you play them so you then miss out on money. I have sent them three messages regarding this problem but only get the usual one where they ask for shots of the problem which I had already done. I have since chased it twice but no reply and two weeks have now passed. Tester Buddy - You need to get your act together. Another update. Several games have stopped tracking so no payout. So have deleted the app. Advantage… you can earn money but watch for the tracking part. When the games stop tracking then delete as you are wasting your time trying to earn. ### 1/5 — App suddenly stops tracking games *2024-08-31* So I’ve had this app for 3 months now. Some of the games I’ve downloaded and had been playing it a while and all of a sudden it stopped tracking. For example 1) I downloaded monopoly go. I got to level 54. The first 54 levels it was tracking and then once I move to level 55 it didn’t track of confirm level 55’s reward at all. It shows (on the app) that I had gained points for all levels (including) to level 54 2) same as the game Yatzy. I’m currently on level 19. But today (31 August) I noticed my tracking (on the app) went from saying I finished and conpleted and gained points for all levels up to level 19 but today it says I haven’t finished nor completed any of those levels. 3) there are a few other games that was the same situations I have turned on “allow tracking on all those games” on the app it also shows that I had gained points for downloading those games eg the 200 points for downloading the game but once you gained the required level for the next point it won’t track it at all. I had emailed via the app, on 27 July explaining the situation. I even gave screenshots of the situation and it is now 31 August. I even sent them a follow up email 2 weeks ago and I’ve yet to even get any sort of reply for the situation. So I’ve now given up. Be warned everyone the app would randomly not track your progress even if you turn tracking on ### 1/5 — Finally, a legit app *2024-08-24* It starts out kind of slow, taking awhile to get a $, than $$ but now it’s picked up. It seems like it didn’t take that long to reach $10. I feel I’m on a roll now and payouts are quick. They don’t pay big money like a lot of apps out there but unlike those this one really pays. A small amount actually paid is worth a whole lot more than thousands that don’t get paid. Edit: I withdrew a $10 and $50 with no problems, was in my PayPal within 48 hours. Now I have submitted a $5 on July 10th and a $50 on July 18th, both are still “processing”. I have written customer service several times and mostly receive form letters. Once I send screenshots I never hear from them. I live on Social Security and really need extra money. I’m near the end of 2 games, once I finish them I am moving on. Edit: I finished the 2 games and submitted another withdrawal for $50 July 30th. Now I have 3 withdrawals “processing”. I have emailed, with screenshots, multiple times and no responses excepting their auto response that my emails have been received. I have moved on with great disappointment because it was my favorite app. I now play Testerup and Playtest Pro. It takes longer to make money but they are legit, I think, have not had any payouts from Testerup, yet. The money was on my PayPal account in minutes. As some people mentioned, there’s some games that don’t count towards the rewards, but you can identify them straight away since you start playing that they don’t add anything, so can be easily avoided and focus on the other ones. When it shows the games available it says that you will get +X coins per minute, an that is not true (at least on my account), but once you download it it shows clearly what you need to do to get the points.
