WRONG! It’s been about a month since I last tried to cash out and they needed me to file through customer service.. Okay well my first message was from customer service saying that they are “forwarding me” to whatever department I need to be forwarded to to add my email. The app has no functionality to add my email myself. And I HAVE to go through customer service. It’s been about 3 weeks now and I have not had any luck whatsoever in regards to adding my email. I don’t know why I can’t cash out like I had previously. Nothing changed. No new account. No email change. Nothing. Dunno why it takes over 22 days to have someone add an email to an account. But oh well. I had money earned on my account that I can't access now. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-09-07, version 3.2.4* Scam!!! ### 1/5 — Updated Review: Poor Handling of Customer Service *2026-09-07, version 3.2.4* I have noticed with two games recently (FarmVille 2 and FarmVille 3) that as soon as you get to a certain reward level of more than a few dollars, the apps stop tracking your progress. They require you to record your screen showing your testerup account and game progress. You have to manually report it and track it to yo ur self to get paid the big rewards. I just got screwed out of a $50 reward for hitting level 60. My old iPad battery started dying. I was able by I power it on long enough to get a quick screenshot of my testerup account and screenshot of my progress which included my in game ID. They refuse to check in on this with the partner until I can produce the video from my iPad which is currently not turning on. Screwed and they couldn’t care less. I had been playing travel town for almost half a year and after 2 payouts my account gets blocked just as I am about to go for the third payout. No reason, I can’t even see my account since all it shows up with is service unavailable on the loading screen ### 1/5 — Doesn’t update *2026-09-07, version 3.2.4* I have been using this app for a while and it had been updating then when I reached a level on the game where I would have done enough to get some money it stopped updating what a scam. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-09-07, version 3.2.4* You need to grind for days to earn $0.10 and the minimum cash out is $60. Obviously there is no valid reason for having a minimum cash out limit, other than this app being a scam. You won’t ever hit that limit. I’m not even sure why this is allowed on th App Store. When I tried to delete my account the confirmation email went to the spam folder on GMail, so even Google know these guys are fraudsters.
