Go de Testia es la nueva app de telerehabilitación:

Lo más importante para mejorar es ser constante. Go te ofrece la posibilidad de tener siempre a mano tus sesiones de ejercicios, hacerlos ya es cosa tuya

Con Go puedes:

Visualizar las instrucciones y ejercicios propuestos por tus profesionales de la salud de confianza tantas veces como lo necesites. 

Reproducir ejercicios en vídeo con explicación e información detallada.

Organizarte en base a un calendario mensual de sesiones para que ni te pierdas nada y te organices.

Aportar el feedback de esfuerzo percibido (escala de borg) y de dolor (escala EVA) de cada ejercicio.
