• Fixed: DVSA changed their booking site, which stopped checks from
    reading your test centre. Checks now get through correctly.
  • New: if your licence number or booking reference stops working,
    you'll see a clear prompt to update them instead of checks
    quietly failing.
  • Your details are now checked as you type, so typos are caught
    before they cause problems.
  • Fixed an error when starting two checks at once.
  • Reliability improvements to background checking.

### 1.9 — 2026-07-14

This update fixes sign-in and slot checking, which had stopped working after a recent change to the DVSA website. Checks now get through reliably and find earlier test dates at your booking centre. We've also made it clearer that TestPing helps you move an existing driving test to an earlier date — you'll need a test already booked with DVSA.
