I lost an hour of my life trying to log into my account again and again, all the data is literally copied and pasted, but it always says "the password or email address is incorrect"

Приложение не работает! При нажатии на воспроизведение приложение закрывается. В настройках вообще отсутсвует. Служба поддержки не смогла помочь, сказали переустановить, что естественно не решило проблему. Iphone XS max
