I had a premium membership for a few months but cancelled due to lack of use. Since I have been continually charged for each month. Their customer service team is useless and has not replied to any of my emails. Best avoided if you ever suspect you’ll want to cancel. Zero customer support for the paid product. ### 1/5 — Long term login issues *2022-12-30, version 5.0* Apps been autowithdrawing for months forgot about it over the summer but now that it’s winter I can’t login on phone or computer even after multiple password resets. I feel like they should mail a few dvds at this point. I subbed on my iPhone through Apple and that apparently "locks" the subscription to the Apple eco system only. I'm only able to watch it on iPhone and iPad. I'd love to be able to throw it on my FireStick and watch on the big screen, but the app sees my email and Apple sub (same email) as two different accounts.
