I tried to contact support via the in-game link but the button has stopped working. I also see the last update was 6 months ago. I had an issue and had to delete it and reload. Now it looks totally different like the brown blocks. Settings won’t let me change the color or theme. About a month ago, I started getting pop-up ads that would come up after every 3 moves. It was a Toyota ad. Contacted support about it. Supposed to be fixed - a few days later, same thing started. Contacted support again. Supposed to be fixed. Happened again for the third time - again contacted support. Each time I did everything suggested. Did not play for about a week. Decided to try it today and now a McDonald’s ad pops up on the second game I played. Of course, ad comes up after ever 2-3 moves. I’ve had it with Mobilityware. All the games I have are by them. Since they can’t seem to fix the ad bug, I’m done with them. Deleted!!! ### 1/5 — Ad causes blocks to be placed in unwanted places *2024-01-12, version 1.11.1* I only play Mobilityware games! They are the only ones that challenge my brain. Lately, they gotten so annoying. This one, I’ve only played for about two months. The past couple days a Toyota ad pops up when I try to place a block. It places the block where I have no intention of placing that block. I have to x out of the ad. To do so, I have remove my finger from the screen which places the block. I tried not lifting my finger and it still places the block. Their puzzle app is doing the same. The 3 stars and the but is how the adverts are configured or applied. Get need revenue but wow you pause an ad, ads that freeze the game, endless ads for Royal Match and so on. It prevents you from actually getting to the game. Get it fixed or take their ad down, please. ### 1/5 — McDonald’s ad *2023-12-21, version 1.11.1* Enjoyed this game until just recently. They have an add for McDonals that interrupts not only the game but also other ads so it takes longer to get back to the game. The game plays for about 30 seconds or so before the ad interrupts again. It’s VERY annoying. ### 1/5 — Ruined by greed *2023-12-19, version 1.11.1* This was a great game! Then the ads got longer and longer. Now a 2 minute game has a 45 to 60 second ad, and some of them interrupt the game as you're placing a piece so it ends up not going where you planned. I have won over 3500 games. It’s the first thing I do in the morning after I read the news. I don’t mind most of the 5, 15, and 30 second ads, but recently I have been getting nothing but Royal Blast ads. It’s bad enough to watch just one of those ads, but 12 in a row!!! That’s ridiculous! Royal Blast must be paying you tons of money to run their ad several times a day! If I have to sit through another one of their ads, I will delete this game and give you a terrible rating! Recently, the app started to freeze. The only fix that worked was powering off my 16 pro max and restarting. Tonight, that didn’t work either, so i deleted the app as I’ve done times before. When I reloaded the app, I’m now back at the game 1 intro level. Is there a way to restore my status? If you need any help options, which eventually you will, you have to trigger an ad that will then freeze the game and it won’t continue. Presumably this is to induce you to become frustrated enough to pay money for the bonus tools- since the options to do this are shoved in your face at every opportunity, often leading you into almost making the purchase unless you cancel it in time - and bypass the ads. Yeah, no thank you.
