## What is Tetra My Aquarium?

The Tetra My Aquarium app helps take the guesswork out of fishkeeping! 

Start with setting up your new aquarium by selecting water type & size.  Quickly add species available for your aquarium type and any custom species you want.  The app will notify you if there are any concerns with tankmates and if you should change their population based on aquarium size and species behaviors.  For those new to fishkeeping, My Aquarium will provide food recommendations and target water parameters to help you maintain a balanced, healthy environment.

Once you have your new aquarium set-up, let the app guide you through regular Water Care steps including:
•	Perform regular water tests (manual as well as camera guided)
•	View results in both numeric and visual layouts
•	Track your water chemistry across time to quickly identify trends
•	Log maintenance tasks that impact aquarium performance
•	Helpful references on water chemistry parameters and tutorials on water maintenance

My Aquarium also allows you to create and manage reminders, so you do not forget to perform key preventative and ongoing tasks:

They should pull their feeder from shelves if the app doesn't support feeders anymore.

You can’t see the entire screen on an iPhone and there is no back button so once you click something you have to go back to the home page if you want to do anything else. When doing a test you can’t read the full description because the screen is cut off on the edges.

I downloaded this as a recommendation from the tetra products I bought. Seemed helpful at first. But it’s kind of hard to use. Searching the fish is hard to do. Can’t put the fish in my tank that I need to because of the fish add parameters so therefore my fish count is inaccurate. The ability to scan the test strips and it will graph it for you is cool but almost never works properly and can only use 6-1 test strips of tetra brand. None others. I have multiple tanks and I added them to the appt but can only click into and edit the first one on the list. Just very bad programming. Needs a serious update and then would be a very helpful resource for aquarium owners!!!

The new update doesn’t scroll in the Feeder screen.  So once the feeder has run enough times the feeding history is too long that you can’t see it use the manual feed button because it is off the bottom of the screen and can’t be scrolled to.  Please fix.

I used the previous version of this app and loved it.  However the changes that have been made make it impossible to use.  It is nearly impossible to scan the test strips.  When the strips do scan, the results on the screen are inaccurate compared to what is seen on the strip itself.  I relied on the previous version when starting up my tanks, it was great because the app would tell me exactly what to do to fix the problems.  I wish they had not done this upgrade.

After updating I’ve noticed you can only use 6-1 test strips and nitrate strip. I have 5-1 rest strips. The old app would allow the 5-1 strip to be tested. Not good. Fix it to allow the 5-1 test strips.

I used to be able to use this app but now I can’t log in. I have created an account for every single email address I have and have changed the passwords for every single account at least 3 times and no matter what it say I have the password incorrect. Do not get this app.

We acquired an aquarium from a neighbor and they included some fish with it. Wanting to make sure we took proper care of those fish I downloaded this app to find out what the fish were and how to take care of them. There are limited pictures of fish, which makes identification hard. When I googled the fish, I couldn’t find them on the list of fish provided. I can’t add all the fish I have to my aquarium and that’s the point of the app right? I don’t think enough time or energy was spent on this app. I’m sorry to all the hard work that went into it by those who put the time in but this app is severely lacking.

Really thought this was going to be THE app but, I have fish that aren’t even on the list. Very frustrating! There isn’t even a “add your own” button or a place in “support” to ask why certain fish species aren’t even on the list and if they will be added to the list.

I love the scheduling tracker but the test results are way off. I’ve tried to bare with it for a couple weeks but the test levels are way off. I will go back to drop test since they are more accurate. It seems they need to update testing for newer iPhones and stop so hard a pushing product to buy.
