## What is TetraVex?

Match every edge.

Tetravex is the classic tile-matching puzzle where every shared edge must show the same number. Drag tiles from the tray onto the board and line up every seam — when no edge clashes, you've solved it.

QUICK SESSION OR LONG CLIMB
• Quick picks: 2×2, 3×3, 4×4 straight from the menu.
• Custom sizes up to 6×6 on iPhone, 9×9 on iPad.
• Per-size best times and lifetime statistics — solved count, average time, best time.

TILE STYLES YOU CHOOSE
• Classic — the vibrant default palette.
• Color-blind — the Okabe-Ito palette, distinguishable across deuteranopia, protanopia, and tritanopia.
• Pastel — soft, low-saturation colors.

BOARD BACKGROUNDS
• Dark, Midnight (OLED-friendly), Slate.

HINTS THAT COST YOU
• Hints reveal a corner first, then the other corners, then edges that connect to a tile you've already placed, then the middle.
• Each hint adds a Fibonacci-series penalty to your timer (2s, 3s, 5s, 8s, 13s…). Use them when you need them — but you'll pay for them.

VISUAL FEEDBACK THAT DOESN'T CHEAT FOR YOU
• Mismatched edges glow red between adjacent tiles, so you can see where the puzzle is wrong without being told what to do about it.

SIX LANGUAGES
• English, Deutsch, Español, Français, 中文, 日本語. Picked from your device language by default; switch anytime in Settings.

DESIGNED FOR iPHONE AND iPAD
• Tile sizes are capped per device (6×6 on phone, 9×9 on iPad) so the board stays legible.

NO ADS OPTION
• A small one-time in-app purchase removes the banner ad permanently.

How to play: drag a tile, drop it on the board. If you drop on a tile that's already there, the two swap. Match every edge — top of one tile equals bottom of the tile above, left of one equals right of its neighbour, all the way around. Solve it. Beat your own time.
