## What is Tetrol?

Tetrol runs your heating and cooling around where your household actually is.

When everyone has left, the house relaxes to a wider temperature range and saves energy. As the first person heads back, it starts recovering — so it's comfortable when you walk in. If anyone is home, comfort always wins.

HOW IT WORKS
• Four distance zones around your home: Home, Nearby, Around town, Far away
• Each zone holds a temperature range you choose — heat below, cool above, leave it alone in between
• The nearest family member decides the zone, so one person at home means full comfort
• Manual override any time; automation never fights it
• A full activity feed explains everything the system did and why

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your location never leaves your phone — distances are computed on-device
• No account, no cloud service of ours, no analytics, no ads
• Thermostat access stays between your phone and Google or your own Home Assistant hub

WHAT YOU NEED
• Google Nest: sign in with Google — no hub needed
• Any other brand (ecobee, Honeywell and more): connect through a Home Assistant hub on your home network
• Just looking? Try the built-in demo thermostat to see how it all works

Works while the app is closed when you allow "Always" location access.
