## What is Tetsiad?

Türk Ev Tekstili Sektörü kökleri binlerce yıla dayalı bir gelenekten gelen, Anadolu topraklarında yaşamış birçok medeniyetin oluşturduğu kültür mirasına dayalı, güçlü bir sektördür. 1970'li yıllardan bu yana hızla makineleşmiş ve teknolojisini geliştirerek, uluslar arası arenada yadsınmayacak bir güce sahip olmuştur. 1980'den bu yana ihracatta patlama yaparak, kendini tüm dünya pazarlarında kabul ettirmiştir.

Sektörümüz, sivil toplum örgütlenmesine 1991 yılında başlayarak, dünya da bu alanda görülen yapılanmaya ayak uydurmuş, birçok uluslar arası kurumda temsil edilerek, sesini duyurmuştur.

Geldiğimiz bu noktada Türkiye Ev Tekstili Sanayicileri ve İşadamları Derneği adıyla organizasyonunu geliştirerek, binden fazla üyeyle yapılanmasını büyütmüş, sektörümüzün tek sesi olarak, örgütlü yapısını sürdürmektedir.

Derneğimiz "değişmeyen tek şey, değişimin kendisidir” mottosundan yola çıkarak kurumlar için ayakta kalmak için gerekli olan tek koşulun değişmek ve gelişmek olduğu bilinci ile ilerleyen her gün kendini yenileyerek geliştirecek ve dünya gerçeklerine uygun olarak, oluşumunu güçlendirecektir.

Gelecekte uluslar arası kurumlarla entegrasyonunu daha da geniş boyutlarda sürdürerek, yurt içinde ve dışarıda birçok etkinlik yapacak, Türk Ev tekstilinin sesini, en güçlü tonda duyuracaktır.

Bu gün Ev tekstili markası olarak uluslar arası sularda yelken basan kuruluşlarımızın sayılarını her geçen gün arttırmak, daha çok sayıda marka ile dünya vitrinlerinde yer alabilmek, bütün kıtalara yayılarak, daha çok evde ürünlerimizi kullandırmak temel hedeflerimiz arasındadır.

Türk Ev tekstili sektörü, tek dernek olmanın yaratmış olduğu sinerji ve "tek dernek, tek yürek” anlayışı ile çok daha fazla büyüyecek, her zamanki kalitesi ve güvenli duruşu ile dünya ev tekstilindeki, üretici ülke imajını, yeni markalarla zenginleştirerek, vazgeçilmezliğini sürdürecektir.
