## What is Tevik Fit?

Tevik Fit helps you understand how you’re doing before deciding how to train.

It brings strength training, cardio, recovery and progress together in one simple experience. Check your daily readiness, follow signals such as sleep, HRV and heart rate, and receive a training recommendation based on the available data.

TRAIN YOUR WAY

Create your own workout plans or start a free workout. Log weights, sets and repetitions, manage rest timers and review your training history.

Explore an exercise library with images and instructions for different muscle groups and equipment.

CARDIO INDOORS AND OUTDOORS

Track walking, running, cycling, swimming and other activities. Follow distance, pace, heart rate, calories and GPS routes when available.

During outdoor activities, view your metrics in real time and quickly access the SOS button.

UNDERSTAND YOUR READINESS

Training readiness brings together the available data to help you decide whether to train hard, reduce the intensity or focus on recovery.

Track:

• Sleep and recovery
• Heart rate variability
• Resting heart rate
• Respiratory rate
• Blood oxygen when available
• Recent activity and training load
• Muscle recovery

FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS

View your workouts, total volume, training time, distance, energy and personal records. Explore trends and see which exercises have improved the most.

Tevik Fit brings strength, cardio, health and progress together in one place.

Know how you’re doing. Know how to train. Track everything.

Metric availability depends on your device, granted permissions and the data available in the Health app. Tevik Fit does not provide medical diagnoses or replace professional medical advice.
