## What is Tevkil360?

Tevkil360 is an attorney-to-attorney tevkil (delegation) listing and matching network, available only to lawyers registered with a Turkish bar association.

Open a tevkil request for a hearing, site inspection, enforcement office task, service of process or prison visit in another city or at a courthouse you cannot reach; a colleague working in that region accepts it, and you coordinate the work together in the app.

HOW IT WORKS
• Create a request: enter the courthouse, task type, date and fee.
• Get matched: colleagues in the relevant region are notified instantly.
• Track: status updates, messaging, document sharing and petition drafting on a single screen.
• Payment between colleagues: once the request is accepted, the assigned attorney's bank details are shown to you and you pay the fee directly to your colleague.

SAFETY
• Every member is verified by bar card and bar registration number; unverified accounts cannot post or accept requests.
• Email verification, reporting and blocking tools.

EXCLUSIVE REGION MEMBERSHIP
Attorneys who want requests at specific courthouses routed to them first can purchase a 1, 3, 6 or 12-month exclusive region membership via in-app purchase. Membership does not renew automatically.

Tevkil360 does not provide legal advice or legal services; it is a communication and coordination tool that facilitates tevkil arrangements between colleagues.
