I decided to try the app and do a pickup. Well I ordered for a pickup at 8:30, got there a little early about 10 minutes, picked up 8:25. When I got home with it the food , it was barely warm. I always get enchiladas and I could tell that they were overcooked and had been sitting too long. They were tough. The sopapillas were awful. Tough and cold No honey and they looked nothing like the picture on the menu. No honey, and the whipped cream was runny. The ticket said that the order was Inspected at 8:05 . Placed an order for queso and beans that said it would be ready at 5:34 after the order was placed at 5:19. 20 minutes after the ready time it still wasn't brought out even after a phone call to check on it. Called to get a refund and no apology was given. Picked up online order on a Thursday night (Family fajitas). Got home and the chips were grossly stale and meat was cold (almost as if out of the fridge). Called and spoke with the Manager and she seemed uninterested. Disappointed to say the least.
