It’s now locked me out as I’ve tried more than 5 times to open it. So far it’s utter rubbish. I can use the card in the wallet to add points but I’ve no way of seeing what is on there. I’ve tried multiple times to open the app in approx a year since I downloaded the app. Whats the point of using Texaco fuel ? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Dreadful *2026-08-10, version 1.0.15* I’ve forgotten my password but when I try to reset it the reset link takes you straight back to the reset request page and after 5 attempts you get locked out for 30 mins. Absolutely pathetic. I think I’ll empty the account and get my fuel elsewhere ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work *2026-06-05, version 1.0.15* The service for the points and the app doesn’t work properly. I have a physical card that I can’t link to the app. The amount of points are not given in the right way, when I fill the car with around 40L I’m rewarded points only for 1L, which is only one point (I have the receipts as well). The contact customer service doesn’t work. If you use this service forget about the points. So have never been able to make any use of this app at all. Not sure how others are doing about it?
