With the Texas Capital Mobile app, Personal Banking and Private Bank clients can securely manage their deposit and investment accounts with ease.
 
With our app, you can:
·       View your account balances and transaction details.
·       View and print your monthly e-statements.
·       Set up direct deposit.
·       Transfer money between your Texas Capital Bank accounts or linked accounts at other banks.
·       Deposit checks using your device camera.
·       Pay your bills on time with Bill Center using your checking or money market account.
·       Send and receive money with friends and family using Zelle®.

Everything works well and I can access almost anything. Deposit check history function/button does not work. Reached out to support but still in communications with some struggles as the app won’t let you upload a screenshot in png form or a screen recording.

Mobile deposits do not work. App will say deposit was successful yet deposit does not show on account. Mobile deposit history button does not work anymore.  You cannot see your history of deposits made. Having to call the bank every time I make a mobile deposit to make sure they show the deposit was made is ridiculous. Very disappointing this issue hasn’t been fixed. What is the purpose of offering mobile deposit on your app if it doesn’t work?
