An external transfer in or out of your account takes days. And they don’t work with CashApp at all. And that’s a real bummer for me. And they also don’t have their own credit cards so I have to go elsewhere to get a line. But other than that everything is really nice and one thing that I really like in particular is that I have the ability to hide my savings account. The simple design suits a banking app—straightforward and easy to navigate, which I appreciate. The app functions correctly, and I haven’t encountered any major problems. That said, there are a couple of issues. First, there’s a visual glitch when the app loads—the star icon appears cut off, which feels unpolished. More importantly, transfers between my own accounts (savings to checking and vice versa) can take up to 24 hours. In comparison, other banks handle these transactions much faster.
