So far I haven’t seen an easy way to forward so I do a screen shot and send that with a message. However I really like the reminder for me. TDS, disposal, trash, recycling — none of these keywords bring up this app. So now I have to memorize not just the name for this dumb company, but also their app name, which for reasons that are utterly unclear IS NOT THE SAME. ### 1/5 — DON’T UPDATE *2025-02-14, version 2023.4.21* No longer sends notifications rendering it completely useless ### 1/5 — No services to my location *2025-01-21, version 2023.4.21* The app claims there is no service for my address but I can see the schedule fine on their website. ### 1/5 — Don’t expect customer support. *2021-02-26, version 2020.12.11* The calendar and recycling guide is good. I still haven’t figured out how to do either through the app. The online bill pay feature just shows a blank window when I select it. The calendar, game, and search (where certain items go) features seem to work fine, but I don’t really use them.
