I’d love to enter a new payee, but I can’t even get back into the system. It keeps telling me try later. Try later. Try later it’s been days!

What is the difference between mobile banking, and online banking?  I called and they told me they have the same login information?

I can open the app and it goes to my login screen. I try logging in and it freezes and crashes... I’ve had the login process work maybe a dozen times in 6 months. If I could give it0/5 I would..(iPhone 7)
