Thus leaving the user scrambling for alternative methods in highly inopportune moments. In my case, the share button is non-functional, and there are 20 policies in my quick access area, including cars that have not been on my insurance for YEARS. Claims handling and navigating once inside the app is fine. But expected functionality must work consistently. ### 2/5 — Not good *2026-03-13* App is like a rough draft that got used as the final. Face ID is useless as it never signs you in. No print option for ID cards from app. It looks like there is but it does nothing. Most things you have to go to web. Not Sure of any real benefit of using app. They should just pay someone to fix it. Not sure if anyone with tx farm bureau uses it. ### 2/5 — Payment processing *2025-08-08* Multiple times I have processed payments only for them to not go through and have to end up paying late. Even after pressing continue and done after putting in my payment information I’ll check on it a couple days later once I realize nothing has been pulled out and it will say I’m late to pay. This has happened on numerous occasions and I’m unsure at this point if it’s the app’s functionality or the insurance company. ### 2/5 — Set up alerts *2025-04-10* They need to move the membership payment option or reminder upfront and not behind a menu option. We see it once a year so forgetting about when to make a payment is not uncommon. Place it as a banner on top of the home landing page to address the payment concern and make it a clickable action to lead the member to process the payment. It should also be up 30days prior to due date to catch members when they are making their monthly payment. ### 1/5 — Viewing/using app *2024-10-22* This app is evidently made to use on cell phones. I don’t! I need to see a larger version because of my vision. When I zoom, only the print increases, not the outside of the rectangle, so zooming does not help me. I can’t use it.😢 ### 1/5 — What is wrong *2024-09-19* Is something wrong with the app? it worked just fine on September 6 when I paid my auto insurance. when I got on two days ago to pay my homeowners insurance all I get is a blue screen. I had to pay over the phone and pay the 3.95 fee for two separate bills. Will this be fixed soon? I don’t want to pay a fee every time and I live almost 30 minutes away from the office. so paying in person is not an option either. ### 1/5 — App won’t open after update *2024-09-18* After the update the app won’t open. My screen turns blue and blank. I’ve turned off my phone, shut down, restarted and the app still won’t open. Also, the website is not very good so I know their email I just got about the new app is just crappy marketing. Just the fact that biometrics and facial recognition have been added is a HUGE improvement. The biggest difference between the apps is that the TxFB app populates very little within the app itself. You have to open another window to view your insurance card (no Apple wallet download), get your policy info, see what the member benefits are and make a payment. This is very visible in other insurance company apps. It would be much more useful to be able to view all the previously mentioned items within the app. It’s not significantly better than logging in online through your browser. ### 1/5 — I don’t know what it might do if I was able to login *2023-09-25* Frustratingly bad. After you sign in, the first opportunity is on the Main Dashboard page at the top labeled "View ID Card." You should also see it in the "Policies" section of the app where on your Auto Policy you'll see options to "View insurance card" and "Add to Apple Wallet." Can you please confirm you're seeing these options when you're logged in? ### 1/5 — Pretty Incomplete *2024-10-25* I’ve been a client of TxFarmBureau for several years. I try to pay everything online via mobile apps when possible. Currently, I have 6 policies but only Home and Auto show on the app. Umbrella and Inland policies don’t show unless I jump onto the web site.
