Past experiences with patient portals of other providers have not been great, so I basically just expected another glitchy, confusing, non-user-friendly system. But this is awesome. The interface is pleasant and easy to navigate. It’s really intuitive. I can do everything I need right in my account from my phone or computer. And I love that I was able to fill out all my new patient paperwork in the portal days before my appointment. I didn’t have to fill out anything when I got to the appointment. Now something's changed and all of a sudden I couldn't login with my four digit code and couldn't remember my password re-sign my husband up again to get his information, and all his past information showed up, but not mine and I can't see where to add my name now. Not only do you have to put in all of the information which you would only know if you’re the parent, but then you have to call them and give them information which you would only know and then they still tell you that they can’t connect you to the department that you need to be connected to to get your child added so that you could see the results you need to see so this is just a failed process and it needs to be Fixed because when you have results that need to be viewed immediately, they need to be viewed immediately not in three business days! ### 1/5 — Not impressed *2026-03-11, version 11.6.4* Maybe this works well for something, but I’m a little tired of getting messages and things that have links that don’t work ### 1/5 — Incomplete and Complicated *2026-02-24, version 11.6.4* Even though we have waited longer than the required time from our ER visit, 14 days from visit/11 business days from visit, the scanned images taken in the ER are unavailable in the app. In fact, the date range of the available images is from 2006-2011, though many images have been scanned since at a Texas Health facility. Getting a specialist appointment for treatment is difficult, since they cannot see the images, so they have to order new images. This is costly to the patient in both monetary and time constraints, as the specialist will need to order new images, and then, once those have been received, a new appointment will be needed, and then treatment will begin. Insurance only covers so much, so the patient ends up being caught in the middle of a system that is designed to not work for the patient’s benefit.
