The BOTS tag with each other, raising you until you fold! This game used to be much more fun to play, when you could ACTUALLY WIN! Now, you lose more chips to BOTS than other actual players. It took all my chips and I had to start all over after being on there for months. My suggestion is do not buy chips. My reasons for this are 100% realistic, the game is basically dead so half of the tables are not being played for example sitting at sit & go waiting for another 8 players can take hours. The steaks are good if you’re new to the game, the small tables are fantastic but if you’re a high roller or a pay to play player this game is absolutely terrible! As soon as you get into the range of 2/4m blinds you have bots on every table upto 10/20m blinds. The bots are very good almost unbeatable to the average player. I myself don’t have a problem playing with these 3rd party bots but I can see it ruins a lot of the game for the average person. I have friends that find it very hard to play and just don’t want to play, when practicing poker in Poker Deluxe. Moving on, from blinds 5/10m upto 20/40m blind you have something called “taggers” these are players using multiple accounts to raise and re raise to either get you to fold your hand or to put you all in when they have a very strong hand. Now the problem with this at the highest table is, you can sit at a 9 player table and 8 accounts can belong to 1 player so it’s very hard to win as they will call using every account, if they get a 2pr on the flop, they will use tagging to win the hand, so the account that goes before you will raise, and I’ll call, then continuing to raise and re raise until I fold or call all in. Now this isn’t happening every so often this is literally on every single big table available to play, when these players are reported they are banned after several days, so the chips that they have won have already been transferred to a brand new account or sold.I have reported these people who are clearly doing it and I’ve even sent photos and videos but IGG also defends people who are doing it but making regular purchases on there account. I have recently had 112b chips stolen from me and I tried to contact IGG customer service to have these chips returned but unfortunately IGG have ignored my requests and have offered me a petty 6b chips to cover the theft. No accounts have been banned for stealing from me and IGG say there data doesn’t recognise me having 112b chips on the days or weeks before it was reported. But here’s my problem, I’ve had well over that amount of chips and witch they also can’t recognise. Now as I’m a regular spender on IGG if I was to purchase this amount of chips it would cost over $7,500 and after very bad customer service, cheating and scamming I finally give up with this game. Now this game could have some serious potential but it’s IGG being ignorant and being money grabbers. Worst was being blocked for 30 days saying I was giving away (illegal transferring chips). Truth was I lost 1 billion at high stakes while on tilt after having a bad beat. Betting 80 million all in each hand for 30 minutes. Learn to shuffle it off and worked back up to 2 billion over 4 years. Feelings do get hurt when top 2pr or sets get beat but happens in tournaments too.
