Things like pairs on the flop four out of 10 hands. Being dealt the same hand three times in a row on multiple occasions. Players with banks of 100+million but only being level 1 gold status (I guess they could have bought their chips?). I have never been to acclimate more than a little over 2 million chip. Recently I was in a game where the most constant winner had near 100 million chips. I am guessing a bot. Maybe I am wrong. According to odds that should be 3% of the time maximum. A three handed split should be less than 1% but I see the phenomenons multiple times in a hours or two play. I also see players winning hand after hand against pat hands. Building enormous chip stacks. Which makes me think the game is not so straight forward. Maybe players should provide a real picture icon (doesn’t have to be personal photo) to insure against bots. ### 2/5 — Why do I have to buy in at the maximum while others buy in a 10th of maximum? *2026-02-14* I have seen at most different skill levels I can only buy in at the maximum while others buy in over and over at 10%. This creates an unfair advantage. They can go all in ten times to lose as much me. Today I lost about 1.7 millions chips while not playing in before a tournament start! You have wild to mild depending on whether you are playing Play Now or Sit-N-Go. Even then the experience is different amongst the different buy ins. You see bully’s winning and getting shamed. My only complaint is I wished Sit-N-Go had at least seven players but at the current five players it is more like a final table towards end play. **Developer response:** Glad you’re enjoying the gameplay and the different experiences across modes and buy-ins! Now I have less than 200,000. This isn’t my first time. I mean it seams I have fair pay hand and I am crushed. Yeas double Aces loose to kings but how often to jack -ten. I look at player profiles and they close to 100 million chip. This happens all the time. I see 70+ spectators on the tables, which means many players aren’t actually watching but were improperly kicked out. The platform could easily disable the spectator feature, which doesn’t serve its “intended” purpose to be a spectator, but doing so would mean losing revenue from the chips taken from disconnected players. Keep in mind that you cannot win real money—you pay to play and gain points for ranking. The house also takes chips every time you play. On high-stakes tables, there are algorithms in place where entire tables win with flushes, or when only two players remain, they are often dealt identical high-ranking hands (e.g., both receiving pocket aces). Players bet millions of points, and with the tie, the house still takes a significant portion, creating the illusion of a fair hand while ensuring a steady loss of chips. This is not random gameplay. If the platform were transparent, they would release data showing how many points players lose due to disconnections and forced spectating. When you connect the support team they tell you that you have to make sure to leave the app properly. To get to rate the app, on their platform it said, make sure to leave a 5 star rating with two buttons: cancel or sure. When it comes to poker game apps, finding one that offers a fair and enjoyable experience can be a challenge.
