Anything that is on the app to apply for never works. It’s confusing to navigate Zelle and money transfers. I’ve learned just to use it to check my balance and that’s it. On top of that, I used to get a notification every time i would make a purchase, and now, there’s no way at all to enable that through the app. Everything goes directly to email and the only options you’re given are specifics mostly involving numbers your balance is under, rather than just a simple “any time you withdraw” option. Whatever option they have either way, doesn’t get sent to your phone; despite having your number registered under your account. For me at least, only my email is available for any form of alerts. So to summarize, the app needs better navigation, some old feature need to be reimplemented, and overall, could use a lot of work. ### 2/5 — Mmmmm idk *2021-05-17* I can’t get in my acc!!!! I forgot my password once ONCE and the bank gave me a new one to try but I keep getting an incorrrect user ID or password notif 🥲🥲 ### 2/5 — NEEDS PUSH NOTIFICATIONS *2020-06-04* They do provide the email and text system to receive transaction and balance notifications, but it would be more convenient to have the notification come from the app like BBVA or Well Fargo. Also app crashes a lot. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback on our App, we welcome constructive feedback and will look at addressing your concerns. At this time, real-time account alerts can only be in our online banking website.
