When I attempt to open the application it begins to launch and then closes on its own before the application shuts off. I purchased both the penal code and the transportation code and they are not working! Disappointed. **Developer response:** Im so sorry for the trouble. It does NOT contain changes from 2011 legislative session which went into effect September 1. I specifically purchased this to update my 2010. If I could take this app back for a refund I would. Why has there been no update??? Developer has now corrected the description but said "apple does not provide a way for me to refund your purchase" Why would I want an older version??? The best that I have found or have heard of.
